Native Son Dramaturgy Talk-Back – June 16
Join us at Lifeline Theatre for an enlightening Talk-Back Event on Sunday, June 16 at 2:30 PM! Native Son Dramaturg, Martine Kei Green-Rogers and Chicago-based dramaturg DeRon S. Williams will be facilitating the discussion.
Martine Kei Green-Rogers, the esteemed Dean of The Theatre School at DePaul University, brings a wealth of experience from her diverse dramaturgical credits, including productions at Round House Theatre, the Kennedy Center, Marin Theatre Company, Goodman Theatre, Court Theatre, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Broadway’s Jagged Little Pill.
DeRon S. Williams, Ph.D. is a Chicago-based dramaturg, director, and scholar-artist. He has worked at various theatres in Chicago and nationwide, with credits including Notes From The Field, The Lehman Trilogy, Trouble In Mind, Boulevard Of Bold Dreams (TimeLine Theatre); Toni Stone (Goodman Theatre); and Anon(ymous) (Middle Tennessee State). DeRon is an Assistant Professor of Theatre, Affiliate Faculty Member of the Institute for Racial Justice, and dramaturgy supervisor at Loyola University Chicago.
