Join Our Board
We are seeking individuals who have experience and/or interest in the fields of fundraising, event planning, or strategic planning. Ideal candidates have diverse networks and/or ties to art-supporting companies in the Chicago area.
Board members contribute, on average, about 6-10 hours per month attending board/committee meetings and other board-related events. In exchange for your service, you have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of people and play a vital role in Chicago’s cultural community. From our board members, to our artists, to our patrons, Lifeline Theatre attracts a remarkable group of creative and diverse personalities.

Join Our Host Committee
Every season, we seek out a core group of dedicated people to help us broaden our reach and enhance the success of our major annual fundraiser. Host committee members commit to attending our gala benefit, bringing additional attendees (whether they are guests or purchase their own registration), assisting in the sale of raffle tickets, and helping us to secure live auction prizes. There are a small handful of gatherings to attend during the year, at which Lifeline’s board and staff provide the tools to help host committee members succeed. Serving on the host committee is a great way to deepen your connection to Lifeline and ensure the success of our fundraising efforts.
