Welcome to Lifeline Theatre’s rental page, which contains offerings for both rehearsal space and theatre space! Please email rentals@lifelinetheatre.com for more information and to initiate a rental contract.
The Classic Package:
Theatre Rental
- You have access to our theatre space to perform, using our rep plot, sound board, light board, and speaker system.
- Rehearsal room available to rent at a discounted rate, pending availability.
- This does not include box office support or concessions selling. You may however use our bar cart area to sell your own concessions if you wish. The box office is unavailable for use by private parties, unless by Lifeline Staff.
- For concessions, you cannot serve alcohol on Lifeline property.
- A discount on any prop and costume rentals from Lifeline stock! (15% off!)
$450/night OR $1200/week
The Enhanced Package:
Theatre Rental
- You have access to our theatre space to perform, using our rep plot, sound board, light board, and speaker system.
- Rehearsal room available to rent at a discounted rate, pending availability.
- Includes house management and box office support.
- Box office pre-sales and set up are included.
- The renter may choose to have concessions. We have a small bar area and a refrigerator that could be used with advance notice to Lifeline staff. Renter would be solely responsible for all cost and operations of their concessions stand. Lifeline is not responsible for the safekeeping of any cash on site. Under no circumstances can alcohol be served at concessions.
- A discount on any prop and costume rentals from Lifeline stock! (15% off!)
$550/night or $1700/week
Add Ons
General
- Scene Shop rental: $800/wk
- Paint Shop rental: $100/wk
- Access to laundry machines in basement: $25/wk, must provide own detergent
- Prop rental access for full weeks of run: $100/wk, plus a $100 restocking fee if Lifeline staff has to restock items.
- Costume rental access for full weeks of run: $100/wk, plus a $100 restocking fee if Lifeline staff has to restock items.
Basic Communication Package
This can only be combined with a Classic Rental Package or Enhanced Rental package and is not available for a one-night only rental.
- $750 flat rate
- 1-2 dedicated social media posts
- Event added to upcoming events on Lifeline website
- One dedicated e-blast to Lifeline patrons
- Lifeline will accept images to be uploaded to the TV lobby display, and be run during renters’ events.
- Lifeline will not print or design materials, but will allow renters to display their materials.
Rehearsal Room Rental
- Hourly rate: $20/hr for small nonprofits and individuals
- Hourly rate: $35/hr for large nonprofits and for-profit companies
Our rehearsal space has five tables, 25 chairs, and a wall with mirrors for any choreography requirements.
Equipment Rental
We have costume, prop, sound, and lighting equipment for rental. Please email rentals@lifelinetheatre.com for an equipment list and pricing.
