Lifeline Theatre is striving to build a diverse organization at all levels. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants. All qualified candidates receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law.
ACTORS
Announcements of general audition dates are made through the League of Chicago Theatres, theatreinchicago.com, and similar resources.
Outside of generals, you may send an email of interest with headshot/resume to Casting Director Andrés Enriquez at andres@lifelinetheatre.com at any time.
DESIGNERS/TECHNICIANS
Send an email of interest with resume to Managing Producer Heather Currie (heather@lifelinetheatre.com).
PLAYWRIGHTS/DIRECTORS
Lifeline does not accept unsolicited submissions by writers or directors, as almost all of our projects are developed by members of our artistic ensemble or by one of our frequent collaborators. The best way to interest Lifeline in your work as an adaptor or director is to invite us to see your work in production. Feel free to email Managing Producer Heather Currie (heather@lifelinetheatre.com) with information on your upcoming projects.
EDUCATORS
Send an email of interest with resume to Education Director Merissa Stewart (merissa@lifelinetheatre.com).
